Refund and cancellation policy

This notice describes how the JHAA platform works today. Final wording is pending approval by the JHAA committee.

Registration fees are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by JHAA or where a payment was taken twice by mistake.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact the event team with your registration number and invoice number. Approved refunds are processed by the JHAA finance team through the original payment channel; your invoice record is kept and marked as refunded.
